Will completed his diploma and architectural qualification at the Bartlett, University College London and has led major office, residential and hotel projects in the UK, Germany, France and Spain. He brings thought and invention to all project stages from concept design to finely crafting critical building details.

In Germany, Will worked on a hotel and retail mall as part of the regeneration of the historic Carl Zeiss factory in the centre, of Jena not far from Berlin.

At Aukett in London he led the design and delivery of a number of new offices for blue chip corporations and received BCO awards on 3 headquarters buildings.  As associate design director he also had a wider design oversight role. Will managed the London office of the award winning MYAA Mangera Yvars and led the detail design of a Mosque in Doha, a unique prayer hall in northwest London and a delightful pavillion for London’s Avondale Park. At Andrew Lett Architects Will is completing a number of new build office and upmarket residential projects in central London alongside responsibilities for business development and management.

Will enjoys drawing out and integrating contribution from all project collaborators. He works up and presents ideas fluently through a broad range of media from sketch to physical models, Rhino/Vray, Adobe Creative Suite and Autocad 2D and 3D.
